Why no numbers on this page yet. Ventrax is early, and pricing that changes three times in a year is worse than pricing you have to ask for. Every quote comes from the same commercial definition — you will not be quoted one figure and billed another.

Common questions

Is it billed in naira?
Yes. Contracts, invoices and payments are in naira, and bank transfer is a first-class payment method rather than an afterthought behind card payment.
What counts as a user?
A named person who signs in. Approvals and signatures have to be attributable to a specific human, so shared logins are not supported. External parties can be given limited guest access without consuming a full seat.
Can we start small and add modules later?
That is the intended path. Turning on Construction or Compliance later is a configuration change, not a migration to a different product.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Access becomes read-only rather than disappearing. Your data is yours and you can export it. Ending a contract should never mean losing records you are legally required to keep.
Do you charge for implementation?
For larger configurations, yes — it is real work. For a small agency starting on defaults, usually not. We will tell you which you are before you sign anything.
