Company

Built here, for how property actually works here

Ventrax is a real-estate operating platform being built in Lagos. This page says what exists today and what does not, because a company that overstates its maturity to win an early customer loses that customer at implementation.

Why another ERP

The global platforms are excellent and were designed for somewhere else. They assume title systems, payment rails and approval cultures that do not match how a Lagos developer actually sells a unit — so implementing them means bending the business to the software.

Ventrax starts from the other end: instalment plans as a first-class concept, bank transfer as a normal payment method, approvals that reflect how Nigerian companies really authorise things, and offline tolerance because site staff lose signal.

Where we are

Early. The platform is in active development with design partners, and we are deliberately taking on a small number of customers we can serve properly rather than a large number we cannot.

If you are evaluating Ventrax, expect us to tell you plainly which parts are mature, which are new, and which are not built yet. That conversation is cheaper for both of us now than after a contract.

How we build

The record is the point

If something cannot be traced back to who did it and when, it does not belong in a system businesses rely on.

Configuration over customisation

Your workflow should be a setting, not a fork of the codebase that nobody can upgrade.

Fast on a phone, on mobile data

Half the people using this are standing on a site. A page that takes six seconds is a page nobody uses.

We say what we have not built

Including on this website. Certifications we do not hold are not listed, and features in progress are described as in progress.

Talk to us early

Early customers shape what gets built. If your business has a problem the big platforms handle badly, we want to hear it.
